Email update notify

it would be cool, to be notified, when a new version of a (selected) script is online |

I agree, though I'd prefer RSS (which you can convert to e-mail notifications). I might add it myself if I find the time, but I believe there were some issues with this, so I would need to get more information from Jesse first. |

We would need to get caching working before enabling any rss. Unfortunately that requires work on the server side, so we probably need to wait a few days and experiment. |

I would prefer that you could add scripts that you use to your profile. Ideally, this would be automatic - each time you click install then the server adds the script and the version installed to your profile. Then on going back to the profile, it would show both the current version and version installed. Real easy to know if there have been updates. Version control is one of the toughest things to track here. |

LS, that doesn't work for a single user account with multiple computers to update. |

True enough JB. I'm just a one computer type of guy. Well, only one computer where I do browsing at least. Then perhaps a favorites list would fill the function - just add scripts to track to your profile, can show last update date. That list could then be emailed or followed via rss. |
