Alot of people at my office use Firefox, and when ever we
go to this site: www.kbalertz.com there are the usual
crowded adds & banners getting in the way.

Just wondering if one of you Userscript Guru types might
be able to knock this out for us.

There are many scripts already available for ad blocking; I can't be sure, but my guess is that these are the most popular kind of script. If you go to the main page of us.o, the search bar in the upper right corner should lead you to a script that will work for you. If not, repost with what scripts didn't work, and ask for a script then.
