Facebook recently added the ability to import Google Reader Shared Items (along with other stuff) into the Mini-feed. This functionality is great, but it has some limitations that I'm wondering if a script might address. See, the imported item only lets FB users see that I've shared an item with a link to the original item. But Google Reader has recently added a "Notes" function that allows me to add a brief note in front of the shared item. This is more reminiscent of a Facebook Posted Item.

So here's my idea. I'm wondering if a script might let me share an item in Google Reader, add a Note, and then have that item automatically appear as a Posted Item in my Facebook Mini-feed. I can do the double posting manually, so I thought that a script should be able to automate the process.
