Open Greasemonkey Userscript dialog,
select RS_Bundle and click Edit,
replace "Free" with "Free user" (or whatever the current RS button name is),
save it.

I run this script and get the following error "The download cannot be provided. Please check, if your browser supports Javascript." i have latest firefox ver plus i also install and update JVM 1.5 don't know the exact update revision of it.
but again i get the error why???

hello descriptor i joined the site just to ask u that whetther u could make a script for firefox which can resume downloads frm rapidshare bcz this is just for download managers support and u probably have a broadband connection and iam a dial up user so i cant even download a 5mb file without retrying 5 times and if u could add the resume feature i am sure every one on the net will be grateful to u. is this possible tell me or post a reply here how can i resume frm rapidshare as a free user just tell me any trick or script or software that u might know

a suggestion for your xpath function:

|| is better than ?: when you're working with nullable objects ;)

Today, RS is back one week, the automatic "Free User" button hasn't been working.
Think it's not on my side because two computers are exhibiting the same behaviour.

You have to do a very small effort to read one or two messages to get the reply you're expecting.
If not, it's not necessary to ask anything more.

Well I have the latest version of both. I just don't understand why it doesn't work the why it should. All I get is a different counter and a real link at the end. None of the automatic stuff happens. And I'm not a total noob, I know how to install a greasemonkey script.
Which line is the one to change to get the free user button to run again? I find the word 'free' a lot in the code

Nothing happens after I install this script. The first time those settings popped up, but after this it has never auto-started the free counter or autodownloaded the file.

Hi all,

The automatic "Free user" button is working again from today.
I didn't do anything but reloaded the script last week and corrected the line 238.
Since, I used it 100 times _manually_

Again, congratulations to the author !

May I ask a more or less off topic question ?
RS doesn't recognize certain of the RAR files as automatically downloadable. I've to validate the download in the FFox box then to click on the save button of the Explorer's window.
Any idea to work around this annoyance ?

Hi everybody, I was searching the net for a fix for this problem and this page : http://gmscripts.bigsleep.net/RS_Bundle/ showed up. I haven't installed the version (2.6.6) on the page yet, because I was afraid of it being a phishing site or sth. like that. (You know, you can't trust anyone these days.) Anyway, maybe one of the script authors can test it for account stealing codes etc. and approve it as genuine. And even if it is, I still don't know whether it can solve our problem or not.

It doesn't click the Free User button anymore as of today. I had modified it as outlined below, and it used to work. But hey, at least the timer and automatic download still works.

Great job !

I discovered this site one week ago and installed the script. It automatically worked except for the RS' "Free user" button. I fixed it as recommended, at least I hope so ! _ free: "Free" _ at line 238 becoming _ free: "Free user" _.
Now, the download is immediately starting but the button with green "download link" doesn't appear anymore, except if I change the mirror site or if I depress the small button above.
I uninstalled the script and re-downloaded it, no change, Grease Monkey as well, same behaviour.
I suspect I wrongly modified the script.
May somebody give a clue ?
