Autoscroll?, replied by sim8

Is there a way to make it keep scrolling till there are no more hits? So I can go away and come back later and all the pics are on one long page?

Disabled by default?, replied by aar0on

I love this script, but is there a way to make it disabled by default when you get to a page? Then, if you want to enable it, you could just check the box and it'd begin doing its thing.

Hey I am having a problem with my contacts pages, seems when I scroll down to view more contacts the Option to scroll over friends and get the box pop-up is gone with all the features for messaging and deleting friends. Anyone else have this problem?'

Btw, was wondering if anyone has figured out a script to delete bulk friends at once, if so I would pay good money for it, thx.

Hi Mortimer, thanks for the script!
I have a question though, can you please tell me what do i have to change in the code, to be able to scroll more than one page at once?
Back then i was using value in Threshold var, but you seem to have removed it in v1.1

thanks again

Hello,

I never really used Ipernity so with the lack of time I have, I did not do the port. The code is open, so if anyone thinks it can be used easily, go on.
Otherwise, there are some "generic" autopage scripts (and extensions) around that can be used on any website, you might want to try this one.

Sorry Decembre, I never found a satisfactory solution for this.

I had noticed that one before, it's a feature of Flickr, new maths: you have 205 posts, with 100 posts per page... which means, you get... 3 pages :D

There must be a threshold that it doesn't make a new page for 5 posts... I will have to fix that but it won't be before october as I have no time right now.

I think holycow958 suggested that the tab with page numbers and autopage options to dynamically change the position according to page position. in other words to move the div where the page scroll goes.
This would be a nice feature of the script but i don't know how hard is to implement it on the script.

holycow958, I am not sure to understand what you mean by follow you. It does follow you, no?

Durlea Adrian, actually, the admin page is not implemented, I missed that one apparently.

For the back button, it's a bit more complex to implement and I never got into it ;)

Hello,

I've just created a script that get users that have multiple posts on a thread(discuss) and the number of posts (http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/32074 ).
The script was working on a single page but adding your autopage script at firefox and being able to have all the pages on a single page my script has more power and finality.

Anyway i have another script in mind with the group members page and here is where i observe that it doesn't work on http://www.flickr.com/groups/*/admin/* pages. The tab with autopage it doesn't even appear on page.

Another, maybe, error that i noticed is that it doesn't work on reverse (previous).

thank you for writing this script without my script would have to be much more bigger and hard to write.

awesome script, love it.

I would suggest that, if possible, the page-numbering which is on the left-hand side would "follow" where you are on the page (if that makes sense). That way it would be quicker to jump to certain pages from wherever you are viewing. If that is too complicated or slows things down too much, at least a "Back to Top" button would be nice (after going many pages down, getting back to the top can take some time, a simple click surely would be nicer.)

I can't tell you how much I appreciate this script, hopefully you could integrate my suggestion in a future release.

Awesome script! I find that if I go to someone's Flickr favorites page it keeps saying "fetching page" on the left, but only the first page is ever shown. This is with Firefox 2.0.0.11 on Windows.

This is a fairly new problem. It was working fine a month ago.
