I know it doesn't work inside the pop-up. That's a little tricky because the html is loaded dynamically. I don't see what you mean though about the genre pages.

I'm getting the same thing still on the genre browsing pages and the pop-up after you add a movie to queue.

Actually, the RottenFlix script causes this even when my script is disabled. Complain to the author of that script :)

mostly the same for me except my list pages show empty stars only when i mouse over. also, it only works for me on the queue page, no where else. homepage only allows full stars.

I can still only rate 1-5 stars on the home page / list pages / genre pages. I can only rate with half stars on the actual title pages. It used to work all over the site.

Starting earlier this week, neither queue page was showing any ratings on my queued movies. Well, it was only showing ratings on those I had rated. The others would briefly show a red flash of ratings, then disappear -- which led me to think it might be the GreaseMonkey script.

Sure enough, when I turned off this add-on and refreshed the web page, the ratings came up fine.

In case anyone else has the same issue, all I did to fix it was add the queue page to the list of excluded pages for the script. That is:

It works on the search results page but not the queue.

Thank you. Working a treat once again. I've noticed that some recent scripts do automatic checking at userscripts.org for available updates. Is this something you can build in to this script?

Netflix must have changed the code because the script is no longer working as of January 23, 2009. Update 2/1/09: It does work on the individual movie page, but not in the queue.

No, it's not possible. I originally allowed a half star selection, but it didn't persist because Netflix would just round it up to one, so not anymore. I'm sure it's to prevent people from throwing off the averages by rating movies -1000 ...

Would it be possible to include a 1/2 star or no star rating? Some movies are just so awful not even a single star is low enough for a rating.

Fixed the display issue with those pages. Also the "not interested" button works again when displayed to the left of the rating.

There's a bug on the Top 50 Instant Movies page. The page and list get formatted incorrectly with the script on. The half-star ratings work like they should, but it looks weird. Could this be because of your script? Here's a screenshot: http://i35.tinypic.com/34h9chz.jpg

It also formats the search results like that. The stars show up to the right of the DVD boxart, and above the title of the movie. Do you need a screenshot for that?
