looks like an interesting script- I tried it on google.com and it turns out another script interferred with it- specifically the antiadsense/antisponsored search scripts. incidentally the only reason I figured it out was that I noticed that when I took a look at some of the problem links you all had here that none of them caused a problem when it was not under the google.com domain which actually makes sense being as the antiadsense scripts usually work on google.com exclusively by default. If I understand how the script works, this is an unavoidable consequence of removing adsense and sponsored links from google. nice work on the script though, I would love to keep it were it not for the adsense problem.

i'm having the same problem as ubart, but it has only happened on this search so far: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=wintersun&...

i've tried it out on a few other searches, and the tag cloud is working fine on them

Hello,
I installed your grear script, on a FF 2.0.0.3 French version and each time I mouseover the tags in the CloudTag, I got an error message popup :

"Exception: TypeError: Child has no propertes"

It keeps on popping each time I move my mouse over a Tag.
Any idea ?

For the problem of "stop words" in different language, I recommand a look at http://www.ranks.nl/tools/stopwords.html

Because of problem I had with french language and the "le la les un une qui que quoi "

I use http://blackboxsearch.com which is an anonymizing Google proxy. This script works great on there too if you add

@include http://blackboxsearch.com/*

and change

    var base = 'http://'+location.host+'/search';

var base = location.href.replace(/^(.*)[;?]+.*$/, "$1");

Sorry, but I've doublechecked and it definitely is GoogleTagCloudMaker that is causing what I mentioned originally. Has anyone else experienced this behavior?

After a Google search, I am getting a mouseup at the tip of my pointer repeating the name of the title of the hit on Google Search and chageing as I move my mouse over the search results or to the area to the left of the cloud. I didn't notice this before the update to Firefox 2.0.0.3 but it may have been there. Is it normal behavior, and if so, can it be turned off? It can get a bit irritating.

Great script! Would it be possible to remove words like "a", "the" etc, maybe even in other languages?
