There's a new firefox addon (myTimeZone for eBay) which works for any time zone and automatically adjusts for DST:

Works very well. I am in Central Time Zone and it works quite well for me, even though it says EST. Mr. Milner responded to an email promptly letting me know that it should work in CST. Much easier to use on EBAY without having to calculate time left and what local time the auction ends.
