Looks like Yahoo modified how the Link Tracking works. The script still removes it, but when you click on the link, it adds the tracing back. Is it possible you can modify the scripto to circumvent this?

I found some URLs on Yahoo! News that seem to use a slightly shorter ylt string and also include a ylu string. I modified this script to handle them; see http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/4975 .
