Nice script, but it interferes with drop n' dragging links to the bookmarks panel. Is there any way for it not to?

4.5 Stars, but essential. I open links constantly in my work. I don't use gestures, they're too easy to accidentally perform. Since I don't have to use the ctrl key, I can write and navigate at the same time, but it doesn't disable this functionality when I need it. On the downside, it doesn't work in Gmail and a few other sites. That's when I notice how incredible this script is as I right-click and then look for "open in new tab" and left-click.

You can click the middle mouse button to do this. Not that this isn't cool, too.

Another option would be to use the "All-in-one Gestures" extension for Firefox. I have it set so that if I hold the left mouse button down and drag up over a link it opens the link in a new tab. You can also left click and drag left to go back, etc. It is very handy with a mouse and even handier without a mouse. very cool! just thought i'd remind you, though, that in FF you can open links in a new tab by holding ctrl and clicking the link
