hello, you should add

if (event.ctrlKey || event.altKey || event.metaKey) {
return;
}

at the top of the KeyCheck() function to prevent interferences with the browser's shortcuts (like C-l and C-k).

just posted minor fix for a major annoyance: shortcuts to trigger text entry (c, p, /) no longer put the shortcut into the textfield.
