The latest and greatest version of this script is up. With no affiliations to the wiki site, all the data is fetched from the awesome PackRat Tools site, which contains real-time market information and accurate data for all the collections!

Let me know if there are any issues with this version, I'm back to actively developing it.

I too am curious to know whether this has been worked out yet?
I have come to rely on both of these systems to assist me in completing the various sets & I find it very frustrating to be unable to use the Tracker due to a block imposed by Tim.

Hey,

I'm the owner of packratwiki.com. This extension is placing a horrendous amount of load on my server. It's to the point where I can't keep running the site with this extension being used.

I've put up a block to prevent it from being used in its current form. I'm sure it can be worked around, but I don't want to have to get to that point. I have no other recourse but to ask for everyone to please stop using this extension for now.

Once that's done, perhaps you could put in an option that would remember all packs, but then let you choose whether to search by whether people have loaded the game or not?

Not at this stage. Right now if it sees a new inactive pack, it defaults to remembering it. However I can add an option in a future release to set this default (on or off - so you'd set it to off), but then you'd have to clear out all the data that's already saved (i can do a button for that too), and then manually check off the packs you wish to remember.

Should be fairly straight forward, if I have some time in the next few days I'll push another update. I don't see the "search by collection" option coming though, the changes involved would take too much time, which I don't have right now :)

Now that they've made inactive/non-playing packs less viable, I've been hoping for an option to restrict searches to only those who have actually installed the game.
Whadda ya think jaguarcy? Is it possible?

I dont know how feasible this is, but when searching for cards in friend's packs, it would be nice to be able to search by collection (if that makes sense) :)

To uninstall the tracker, you need to right click on the monkey at the bottom right, and select 'Manage User Scripts'. You can mange the installed scripts from there.

Right click on the monkey icon while in packrat, and click 'User Script Commands', and then 'PackRat Tracker - Manual Update Check'. If there's no update, you have the latest version :)

well i've tried uninstalling grease monkey and tracker and doing it all over again...still not tracker shows up. help. have quit keeping track of what packs i store stuff in so now i am lost with out this wonderful tool.

mine has disappeared too after the update. no amount of scrolling has brought it back. please let me know what i should do. tried to uninstall it, but can't find it in my add/delete programs.

I'd like to check & see which version of the tracker I currently have installed, but can't figure out where I'd go about finding that info?

Sorry for the delay, I don't get notifications for these messages...

I'm assuming you moved it off the screen to the right? Just resize the window to the maximum width (not maximized), move the window to the left, and resize a bit more... until the tracker shows up. :)

Otherwise, you'll have to dig into about:config, find the associated Tracker.{userid}_prefs value, and edit the values for the window location to 0, 0... quite complicated to do it manually.

I accidentally moved the Tracker off the screen and now I can't find it to get it back. Is there a way to get it back without completely uninstalling it? I have 100's of packs it's keeping track of and REALLY don't want to have to go through them all again. Thanks in advance :)

Btw if you can use the iStore feature, you can save your data on it, completely uninstall the script (i.e. uninstall associated data as well, not just the code) to do a full wipe, re-install the script and then load your data from the iStore again... :)
