Hi, I also forget to clean those scripts... Before the GM update it would probably be possible, using the same trick used for importing scripts. Now I don't see any way to do it.

Hello,
Is there any chances/way that you do an option to compare the list from "Userscripts Updater" and the real installed scripts. So in that way we can know if we have to delete some scripts from the installed list.
I ask this because some times (near always) I forget to delete the uninstalled script from "Userscripts Updater".

Am I clear enough ?

when the script was for * I tried those config booleans but still couldn't read from about:cache, which could be solved, but still couldn't read from the main xml... I wonder if I specify file: instead of * would make a difference, but I guess not...

Importing doesn't work since Greasemonkey's new version, 0.8.2, I think... there's probably a workaround, but it's a lot of work, though I didn't try yet... it's described in the FAQ: http://userscripts.org/topics/18184

The function of specify the profile path of firefox to import the existed userscripts can't be shown now after I reinstalled the firefox...

So now UU can't find my installed userscripts unless I removie and reinstall them...

How could I make this option available again?

I tried to install your updater' but got stuck with the following error message:

There is a workaround on https sites when automatic update are activated, because the script is enable on all protocols.
The result is that Firefox report secured site as "partially encrypted" showing warning and red lock, instead of the green (EV) or blue URL bar.

Adding back (like in older version) "http://*" mask instead of only a "*" will work well.

That the list is not showed when they are no updates.

you can check if it's another script by right clicking at the monkey icon at bottom right and checking only the updater... then update userscripts.org and see if it works...

if it's still doesn't open tools -> "javascript console", clean it then refresh userscripts.org to see if there's some error message

You have to remove the script in the updater options.

The UU is very loosely integrated to the browser, it just monitors the install button at the script's page.

Hi,

The list of scripts that the Userscripts Updater (UU) monitors stays the same even if I uninstall one of those scripts. What does UU refer to generate that 'to monitor' list? How can I keep that list in sync with the GM scripts that I have kept enabled in Firefox?

HI.
has a problem here.

After reinstalling my FF, i install greasemonkey and then the userscript updater script.
At that time, the update icon at userscripts.org show up.

But after i install a few other FF addon and scripts, the icon wont show up anymore.

are there any addons/scripts that are not compatible with this script??

this is absolutely great work. and i am wondering if turning it into an extension would make it easier both for you to develop and for us to use.
