I don't think data URI works for flash. Can a flash player be converted to base64 code?

I love this script but unfortunately it's not working currently. It just loads when you click play but wont play. I like the JW much better than the other one so I'd really appreciate if you could get this working. Thanks man :)

I wish it would use the HQ version of the video. I love how it loads without auto-starting but it's not working for some videos. (It wont work for any of expertvillage's videos)
I'd love it if you would make the youtube player load without starting automatically.
