I just want to know if you copied the
checkForAd()
code from me because if you didn't, it's unlikely you created it yourself with the same name and code. I noticed you added my checkForAd function 7 days after I released my script with the checkForAd function in it.

That whole function is exact code from mine. So you changed the interval a little...
And yeah it does remove the wait. Right at the end, scroll right.....

function checkForAd() {
if(/Skip available in \d+ seconds/.test(document.body.textContent)) {unsafeWindow.hideVideoAd();clearInterval(check);}
}
var check = setInterval(checkForAd, 1000);
You stole my
checkForAd()
function, same name and all.

Thanks. I checked it out and it works now.
I had forgotten about mycroft but I looked into it and I think i will be using that instead.
The other script is handy though in case you don't want to look away to different tab or don't have 2 monitors.

BTW great scriptS and thanks for such quick response

ill look into it s33k3r.

edit: ok it, i couldnt make it completely compatible but its something. install the Aug 13, 2008 21:04 version and then just use the script manager on greasemonkey and drag this script behind the stat lookup script.

i wont leave that version on because it leaves a 7 pixel gap between browser and client. i dont like it. btw just use mycroft and search for a stats lookup search engine. i would prefer that over loosing screen realstate with the rs stats lookup script.
