Youtube's setting will only change videos to format 6, and not all the time. Format 18 is better than format 6, and this script will always work.

What's the point of this, I don't get it. People made scripts before YouTube actually added the option in your Account settings to choose between auto, low and high quality. How is this any different?

Thank you ..at 11pm E.S.T youtube changed its layout making the other scripts adding the &fmt=18 to the URL useless.....I tested this script and it works after the update ... I will recommend it
