Okay. So its at least working now.

The only persisting problem is that the reply link won't work. MySpace decided to remove the friendID numbers from the row with the actual comment, which is required to comment back. However, it is available in the next table row, but the script isn't written to read that row at all yet.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I don't use the script myself all too often, so I probably wouldn't have caught it for a while. I'll take a look at it and try to get it fixed as soon as I can.

Script isnt working at all. Not showing up on homepage. Im using 2.o with a home page theme of Urban.

Can you please work on this and get it fixed or at least let us know whats going on or any edits we have to make.

I write scripts to but dont see any edits needed on this the way you have it, just to make like a personalized settings or anything to make it work so... Guess its pretty much the whole script.

This script doesn't work if you have a band profile. I thought I just installed it wrong or did something stupid that I didn't notice. but I didn't. I logged out and logged on with a regular account and it worked 100% fine. Logged off, then logged back on my band account and the comments are a no show.

I'm nearly done with the completely rewritten version. It won't have some of the features of the original to start out with, but it will be less vulnerable to changes in MySpace code. I can't fix the current version because I can't target why yours doesn't work.

Mine's not so much freezing firefox anymore but it's showing the comments wrong. It's not showing comment #1 but it's showing that Person 1 said comment 2, person 2 said comment 3, etc..

For some reason or another, the current version is in fact working for me.

@Shayne,

I agree with you 100%. I've realized, though, that updating the script every time MySpace changes is ridiculous. The next major release will be less dependent on these changes.

I understand MySpace wants to keep their site up to date and all that but are all those code changes REALLY necessary? Anyways, Comments on homepage are freezing up Firefox again. I'd fix it myself if I knew where to begin. Looking forward to an update ASAP. Thanks a lot!

Sorry guys.

As long as it took me to fix this, the new version is only a one letter change from the last. Apparently MySpace decided to rename "friendid" to "friendID", which can actually do a lot to my script. The new version is case-insensitive to this variable.

I'm assuming this is MySpace at it again. Changing codes. But no part of your script is showing up on the homepage at all. I've disabled every script and even my Adblocker... Nothing. Hope to see an update soon! Thanks.

There was a code change on the comments and statuses pages.

In the future, I want the script to be able to simply give an error if when this happens again, instead of freezing up. Its really annoying to target the exact problem otherwise.

Not sure if it's just me, but if I access my MySpace home page with the comments script enabled, the entire Browser locks up!! I hope there's a fix for this soon, as I love your scripts. Especially this one. I'd look into it, but I have no idea where to even begin! :-S
