@Kenshiro, Kiljaeden, Jordon Kalilich

Thanks for appreciation guys.... :-)

@Ali

First sorry for replying so late Ali... :-(

Now kenshiro already explained reason behind creation of this script. In fact you can go through our past discussion here.

I do not want to sound arrogant but technically I was quite capable of writing this from scratch. You can cross check my claims by going through my earlier scripts here. Specially my AJAX Style Album script!

But I chose sticking to the old rule... "Why to reinvent the wheel..." I guess that's how open source works! :-)

Also I gave you & zetx proper credits. I feels so but if you want me to change anything (scripts code, content of post, etc) please let me know. I will be more than happy to do that... :-)

Cheers,

-Rahul :-)

@Ali Karbassi

As a user I have long been waiting for a script that would have a simple and effective 'block all' function conditional to user input. So far I have looked hard and tried scripts from different (great) writers. While the other scripts have their own niche, none has offered this simple function of letting the user review its application requests prior to blocking al.

IMHO, the 'Auto-Block' script was close but it was a shame that it didn't allow a stage of user intervention prior to its straightforward execution. This meant it was occasionally necessary to dig into the 'blocked application' list for unblocking the odd 1 or 2 apps that are deemed useful. I have also encountered occasional misfires when my existing/approved applications became blocked, this from having only received a 'use it' request rather than the classic 'app invitations'. IMO the 'Auto-Block' script is more suited to users who absolutely do not participate in facebook applications, whatsoever.

Having a block-all script run *after* a user has had the opportunity to review his outstanding requests (at the request page), offers the chance to review those apps before banishing them all into the pile blocked apps. Not a revolutionary idea, but a very appreciated and effective one nonetheless.

Thanks to Rahul once again for offering this useful script variation.

Let me get this straight. What you did was take two ALREADY WRITTEN scripts and combined them without really doing much more work.

Am I getting you correct? Rather than have people download zetx's or my scripts, you want them use yours. Also, you haven't really added much functionality other than a script combination. Hmm...

This is one killer script! The dual functionality makes it even more flexible. I've disabled all my other applications related scripts since adding this one. This is a great service to all FB users :-)

For anyone wanting a little more flexibility in which apps are shown and which are blocked,
this script lets you effortlessly choose which apps you still want to see!
