can you got to http://www.facebook.com/reqs.php and hit Ctrl + A. Then right click "View Selection Source" and copy. Then sent that html to medleymind@gmail.com

After that if would also help if you installed Tamper Data and went to Tools -> Tamper Data and then block the application request on Facebook. Then go to the Tamper Data window and find that POST request to http://www.facebook.com/ajax/block_user_request... and send me the post data. I understand if I'm asking too much of you.

I never got anything in the chart bar, it is only in the home page requests section.

I haven't experienced this yet, but I have very few friends so I might never. Where is it happening? Is it appearing on the chat bar or in the actual requests area on the home page?

Is going to be a bit of a wait before I get time to work on this. I just got sick and have a bunch of other things to get done. Let me know if it starts freezing Facebook again, but I'll need a few days to re-enable broken features.

Definitely. And I also need to update the app story removing code. I've been seeing a few of those ugly things on profiles.

Yep, I noticed. It happened this afternoon. I'm going to be gone tonight, but I'll take a look at it tomorrow and hopefully put out a complete fix very soon(its most likely freezing because Facebook changed classnames, which has froze Firefox in the past). For now I did some quick debugging and commented-out code I couldn't get to run without freezing Firefox. Reinstall the script and at least for now you can run my script without freezing Firefox.

I've always used the profile button, because it's been there forever (or at least the three years I've been using Facebook). Anyway, now you can bring the name-link back. Install the latest version of my script. Since you're a Safari user you will have to edit the script and change this:

showNavNameLink = false, // Show your name in the Navigation bar

to this:

showNavNameLink = true, // Show your name in the Navigation bar

Greasemonkey users can edit the settings from the Configuration panel accessible from Tools -> Greasemonkey -> User Script Commands... -> UnFuck FB Options

Hi, I love UnFuck Facebook, but I have just one little nitpicky complaint—I miss my name-link in the upper-right corner! True, there is the "Profile" button, and I've now bookmarked it straight to my profile, but dangit, I'm a creature of habit so now I keep clicking on Settings by accident since I'd gotten so accustomed to the name button. If there's a way to keep my Facebook UnFucked yet bring back the name button, I'd love that!!

Problem fixed. New version has been uploaded. It wasn't an infinite loop btw. Facebook just changed the classname of an element.

Also having problems with the latest update on 64bit builds of both 3.5.2 and the nightly builds for linux. It doesn't send anything into a loop, but it does freeze the browser pretty hard.

The latest update crashes my Firefox.

Feels like an infinite loop.

Firefox 3.5.2, running on OSX 10.5.8
