Been using your script for a while but the 'Shift-Alt' part bugged me, so i set up a script based on yours which does away with the accesskey and just captures the 'V' key like Google Reader does.
Well, just thought i'd give 'props'. Cheers. Dave.

Last night while testing this on my Ubuntu machine, I discovered that the meta key combination was shift alt. So you will use 'shift alt d' and 'shift alt v'.

I've updated the description to mention linux.
