I've updated the script. I fixed a few bugs, improved a few things and did a few of the TODO's. I did see the new layout changes a few days ago, but when I went to fix the script it seemed to revert to the old layout for me. Let me know if the new script works for you. :-)

The age only shows next to the date of birth now, and no longer in the filmology since IMDB's latest layout change. Please update the script.

I think screenshots in the about page are helpful to people considering using your script. Especially in an situation like this, where the script mainly does visual changes.

How about putting the age to the left of the list? It makes it much easier to see.

How about putting ages on *movie* pages? Suggestion 1 would work well here too.

Do you have an example of the "2007/I" problem not displaying the years. For example http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0292816/, when I look at it the years are added but before the slash eg "(2001, 7 years ago/I)"

As for the multiple episodes, it's harder to fix, actually it was already down on my TODO list in the script :-)

Fixing the future ages is fairly easy, I have added it to my TODO list.

I'm a bit slammed of late so I'll probably not have much time in the near future, but I hope to get a few things picked off in March.

I like how you added the persons age to the movies they did. I found a couple of problems that you might need to add or fix:

1. If the year is something like "2007/I" there will not be an age next to that movie.
2. If there is a TV show that has multiple episodes the script only gives the age for main title. Would be nice if you can fix it so it gives the age for each episode instead of only the main title.

Another addition would be to add the future age of the person for upcoming movies or TV shoes.

Keep up the good work and hope to see more from this scrip.

I have updated the script, the main thing that has changed is that it now adds ages for films on actor pages. I also fixed a few plural bugs. The signs should now work on the new layout (god knows why logged in users still get the old layout). I knocked a few other bugs and did a few TODO's but ended up with a longer list of TODO's than I started with.

can someone do an update or a re-write of this script? i love imdbage, but so far only the actors' ages and the movies' ages are showing for me. the signs parameters are activated in the script, but i still can't get them to show.

Remember if you don't like the signs, just edit "doSigns" to be false at the top of the script!

Useless? It's all I need on imdb. It also doesn't pretend to do much more. I like to know ages, age when they died when I look at the persons at imdb.

It is a nice, seamless script but pretty useless. All it seems to display is a persons or movies age and astrological signs.
