V2.2: Fixed mute problem and restricted url protocol to http(s), ftp and mailto to prevent from odd pattern matching on normal text

Ver 2.1: Updated to truncate long urls. Max length of url can be adjusted in the script file.

Ver 2.0. Updated to pick up links without the protocol in front of the url. Example: userscripts.org/scripts/show/10116
Some link matching simplifications have been made in the case of matching when no protocol is specified.

Note that I have made it so that clicking the link in the chat does not launch it. Instead, you should right click and open in new tab/window. This is to prevent you from accidentally leaving the page.
